A couple of weeks ago, I discussed how I wanted to start engaging in Deskercise more at work since I work in an office setting. Unfortunately, the week after that, I had a lot of tooth issues and ended up missing quite a bit of work. Last week, however, I tried out Deskercises and ended up really liking them! At first, I was super self-conscious and felt kind of silly, but then I started to do them during times I knew my energy was at its lowest and very little people were in the office. My energy tends to dip very low at 10 am and again at 3-4 pm. I’m not a coffee drinker so I am always trying to find ways to energize myself again. I did small exercises in my office before these times and found myself much more awake than usual. I’ll fefinitely continue doing these and maybe start to incorporate more advanced exercises in the future!
